Show VMTEROCKS Madeena Smith To Chloronate j Water Supply I A water meeting was held at Whiterocks by the town and Indian In-dian officials oh Tuesday. It was decided at the meeting to install a chloronator at the supply sup-ply tank, which is to be installed install-ed before school starts. The MIA went on a, skating party at Neola last Tuesday. A large crowd, was in attendance. Miss Betty Moosman and Helen Hel-en Hendricks visited overnight with Veneita Smith on Monday. Speakers at meeting on Sunday Sun-day were Kenneth Long, Norman Nor-man Angus and Paul Murphy, home missionaries from the Roosevelt stake. Mr. and Mrs Elbert Smith attended at-tended the wedding of Mr. Smith's nephew, R. K. Smith, of Lehi, on Wednesday. They also went to Salt Lake to purchase pur-chase honey cans. Mrs. Pearl and Betty Walkup went to Mirror Lake to meet George Walkup and a group of trail riders on Saturday. Mr. Walkup went as a guide to the trail riders. Mr. and Mrs. Anderson and daughter, Joan, of Long Beach, Calif., stopped overnight at the Elbert Smith home. The Andersons Ander-sons were on their way home after vacationing in Canada. Miss Venieta Smith returned to Long Beach with them. She has spent the summer with her parents, par-ents, Mr. and Mrs. Elbert Smith. Mr. and Mrs. Orvil Hoops visited vis-ited on Sunday with the Wallace Twitchell family. Orvil Hoops, Eldon Anderton and Elbert and Orion Smith are hauling hay from the church farm this week. |
