Show BRIDGELAND Mrs. Shelby Lisonbee Bridgeland Girls Win Ball Game The Bridgeland girls Softball team played the Duchesne team Monday night. The score was in favor of the Bridgeland team. A tie-off game is scheduled for Monday, 23rd at Duchesne. Ned Stansfield, of Mt. Pleasant, Plea-sant, spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Reed Stansfield. Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Neilsen and children, Mrs. Lois Stansfield Stans-field and children went to Og-den, Og-den, Sunday of last week to' the home of Mr. and. Mrs. Nel-don Nel-don Neilsen, where the family of Mr. and Mrs. Orson Neilsen met to celebrate their fortieth wedding anniversary. Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Fitzgerald Fitzger-ald and family went to Heber, Sunday to attend a Swain family fam-ily reunion. Glade Taylor, of Craig, Colo., visited Sunday with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Taylor. Mr. and Mrs. June Young and children, of California, have been visiting Mr. and Mrs. La-Mar La-Mar Neilsen and family. Monday Mon-day dinner guests of the Neil-sens Neil-sens were Mr. and Mrs. June Young and children, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Day and children, of Salt Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Lyle Young, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Law-rence Young and family, of Mt. Emmons. Mrs. Danny Beeler and Douglas Doug-las Wilkerson, of Salt Lake City, spent the weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Fitzgerald. Douglas visited his cousin, Billy Shep-hard. Shep-hard. Mr. and Mrs. Elden Brady left Thursday for Yellowstone National Park for a vacation. They will visit relatives in Idaho' Ida-ho' enroute there. Mrs. Hazel Walters went to Salt Lake City Monday to consult con-sult an eye specialist. The small son of Mr. and Mrs. Dale- Neilsen, of Salt Lake City, was blessed and given the name of David Reese at Sacrament Sacra-ment meeting. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Shields went to Salt Lake Friday on the Duchesne stake Temple excursion.. ex-cursion.. Mrs. Byrell Lamb and new baby girl returned to her htfrne here during the week after spending a few days at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Glendon Lamb at Ioka. Mrs. Sylvia Coleman, of Heber, Heb-er, visited one day of last week with -her mother, Mrs. Chastie Neilsen. She was accompanied back by her neice, Glenda Pur-dy, Pur-dy, who is a visitor from Las Vegas, Nevada. Bishop Carl Van Tassell, Shelby Shel-by Lisonbee, Wanless Shields, of Bridgeland, and Marion Ross, of Arcadia, visited the Tabiona and Hanna wards at Sacrament meeting Sunday evening. Mr. and Mrs. LaMar Neilsen and family went to Provo, Saturday. Sat-urday. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Van Tassel Tas-sel made ' a trip to Salt Lake City, Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Mirl Jennings and daughter, LuJean returned home Tuesday from LaVan, where they went to attend a funeral for a relative. DUP MEETING Mrs. Ethel Taylor and Mrs. Elva Lisonbee attended a county coun-ty Daughters of the Utah Pioneers Pio-neers meeting at the home of Mrs. Maxine Burdick, at Duchesne, Du-chesne, Thursday. Mrs. Verle Smith visited her daughter and son-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence YoXing, at Mt. Emmons on Friday. Walter Smith, of Provo, is a guest of his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Alma Smith. Merle Smith, Letta Meyer, Hazel and Marilyn Walters attended at-tended a cake decorating demonstration dem-onstration at Roosevelt last week. Mr. and Mrs. Felix Devers, of Oakland, Calif., and Mr. and Mrs. Dale Neilsen and children, of Salt Lake, visited last weekend week-end with Mr. and Mrs. Vere Neilsen. The small son of Mr. and Mrs. Dale Neilsen remained with his grandparents for a week. Mrs. Zona Giles and son, Teddy, Ted-dy, of Moses Lake, Washington, was a dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Fitzgerald.
