Show County 441 Camp Has Wet Affair; But Lots Of Fun Duchesne County annual 4-H Camp was held at Wolf Creek on Aug. 11, 12 and 13. Although stormy weather prevailed, it did not dampen the enthusiasm of the 278 4-H Club members and 48 leaders who attended. Officers chosen to conduct the three-day outing were: Mayor, JoAnne Goodrich, of Bluebell; ass't mayor, Jackie Nielson, Roosevelt; secretary, Bertie Lisonbee, Bridgeland; chief of police, Carolyn Burdick, Duchesne. Camp chairman, Nadene Otto-sen, Otto-sen, Roosevelt; recreation chairman, chair-man, Jack Nielson, Myton; flag raising', Jerry Giles, Hanna; sports chairman, Arch Larsen, Arcadia; contest, Vada Anderson, Ander-son, Talmage; clean camp, Colleen Col-leen Roberts, Bluebell. Taps was played by Elinor Capson, Arcadia; the Candle Light ceremony was by the Snappy Stitchers Club of Myton, under the direction of their leader, Virginia Nielson. Special guests included Ned Stringham, recreation specialist from the U.S.A.C.; LaVaur Ware from the State Fish and Game Department, ' and the family of Miss Mary Lois Reichert, Duchesne Du-chesne County home demonstration demonstra-tion agent.
