Show Toquerville Mrs. Eowena Slack Reporter Misses Arlene and Adele Decker of Salt Lake City visited last week at the home of their grandmother, grand-mother, Mrs. E. Anderson. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Beatty were called to Kanab Wednesday because of the serious illness of their daughter, Mrs. Lloyd McAllister. Mc-Allister. She is reported to be improving slowly now. The primary held their spring festival Wednesday evening. It was reported very successful. Miss Virginia Anderson, daughter daugh-ter of Mr. and Mrs. Martin Anderson An-derson and Fred Hanson of Tre-monton Tre-monton were married May 2 in the St. George Temple. The couple left immediately for a honeymoon to California and up the coast and will return to Tremonton where they will make their home. Mrs. Loren Bringhurst underwent under-went a minor operation Thursday at the Iron county hospital. Raymond Lamb of Los Angeles arrived here Tuesday to visit his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Mark Lamb. Mrs. W. H. Slack returned home Monday from Wyoming where she had been on account of the serious illness of her mother. Mrs. Hazel Batty entertained at a birthday party Tuesday for her small son, Tony. Mrs. Douglas Manning of Ely, Nev. arrived here Saturday. She came because of the serious illness ill-ness of her sister, Mrs. Lloyd McAllister. |
