Show Hurricane Elementary School Presents i Operetta Twice Today HURRICANE, Utah The Elementary Ele-mentary school will present the operetta, "The Palace of Care-ness". Care-ness". At mid-night all things 1:30 p.m. and again tonight at 8 p.m. in the Elementary school building. The production is under the direction of Glenn E. Webb with Miss Beulah Kleinman, pianist. The Story of the Play The scene is the great lost and found building of London town, called "The Palace of Carelessness". Careless-ness". At mid-night, all thaings therein frolic for one hour. Mr. Clock strikes "twelve", stretches himself and awakens the other clocks and watches. They dance until the Fat Click runs down. Then the Alarm Clocks waken everything in the shop and they all come to life at once. Dolly Dimples, Stick Candy, the Monkey, the Colored Doll, the Umbrella and all the other toys and vegetables are active. When the clock strikes again they all go back into their places. In the judge's chamber, the jury and judge are in their places to pass sentence upon each one who comes in search of his lost belongings. The Baliff silences the court and they listen to the Judge's pompous greeting. The Organ Grinder comes in search of his lost monkey and the sad looking Clown, looking for his laugh. A Boy Scout does his daily good turn by bringing in an old man who Is hunting for his time-worn umbrella. A little girl comes in with her maid to find a lovely doll left on a street car. As an alarm rings to tell the close of the court day, all lost articles file out The sight brings back his laugh to the Clown and after a faithful promise to the Judge that they will never be careless Bgain, all bid adieu to the "Palace of Carelessness".
