Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS Office of State Engineer Salt Lake City, Utah, April 22, 1940', Daniel H. Heaton, St. George, Utah, has filed Application No. 13302 to appropriate 5 sec. ft. of water from Virgin river in Washington Wash-ington county; said water will be pumped during the entire year from a sump to be constructed adjacent to the river channel at a point N. 550 ft. and E. 850 ft. from the SW Cor. of Sec. 12, T. 43 S., R. 16 W., SLB&M and used as a supplemental supply to irrigate ir-rigate 280 acres of land embraced em-braced in SE Sec. 11, SW-SW SW-SW Sec. 12, WNW, W-SWVi W-SWVi Sec. 13 and NENW Sec. 14, T. 43 S., R. 16 W., SLB&M. Protests resisting the granting of said Application, with reasons therefor, made in affidavit form, must be filed with T. H. Humpherys, State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, with one extra copy and $1.00 filing fee on or before June 22, 1940. T. H. HUMPHERYS, State Engineer.
