Show ENTERS HOSPITAL Peggy Ralphs, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Dennie Ralphs, was taken tak-en to the Roosevelt Hospital Mar. LI, where she was treated for infection in-fection and other ailments. She was able to come home March 12, but had to stay in bed several days. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Lambert, who have been employed in Salt Lake during the winter, moved back to their home, March 10th. Sharrel Ames, who is employed in Salt Lake, and Alta, a student at Snow College in Ephraim, were home with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. Clenry Ames over the weekend week-end of March 9. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Turner and baby of Kearns, were guests of Mrs. Turner's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Shiner. Albert Young and Lynn Hack-ford Hack-ford of Lapoint transacted business busi-ness in town March 13th. Mr. and Mrs. Grant Smith of Fruita, Colo, visited at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Olsen, Sunday Sun-day and Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Dunsmore, MrV and Mrs.' Clarence Jones and Mrs. Jesse Palm went to Salt Lake City March 12 to attend the oratorical ora-torical contest at the Olympus High , School March 13. Joseph Kemp won first place in the American Legion District 9 contest. con-test. Mr. and Mrs. Delbert Shiner took their granddaughter, Shauna Fisher, to Salt Lake City, March 14 to see a specialist. We sincerely sin-cerely hope they will be able to find the trouble for little Shauna. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Brown and family of Hayden, Colo, spent a few days with Mrs. Brown's parents, par-ents, Mr, and Mrs. George Carroll before they leave' for Grand Junction, Junc-tion, Colo., where Mr. Brown has been transferred. Mr. and Mrs. Louis Daniels and baby of California, visited Louis' sister, Mrs. Norman LaRose and Mrs. Daniels' parents, Mr. and Mrs. Pete Wall of.Altamont. Louis returned to California during the latter part of the week, while his wife stayed for a month's stay with her mother, who is not very well. Max Gardner, of the Taylor-Gardner Taylor-Gardner Real Estate of Salt Lake was in town March 11. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Dunsmore and family, who moved to Alta-mont Alta-mont during the winter, came back to their home Saturday. |
