Show DOROTHY PLEE Lee Dies in Las Vegas Dorothy Price Ronnow Lee, 85, died Feb. 15, 1980 in Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas after a month of illness. Born on July 11, 1894 in Greenville, she grew up in Pioche, NV. and married Dan J. Ronnow also of Pioche, Sept. 9, 1912. The marriage was solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple Jan. 26, 1926. The couple's married life was spent in Panaca, NV. She later married Henry H. Lee on June 10, 1959. Her life was one of love and of service ser-vice to her family, friends, church and community. From 1955 to 1959, she moved to Cedar City where she was a dorm mother at Southern Utah State College. She is fondly remembered by many young women in the area. She later spent a year in Logan as house mother of Chi Omega Sorority. (, An active member of the LDS Church, she had served as the First Young Ladies President of the Las Vegas LDS Ward and First Stake Relief Society President of the Nevada Stake. She is survived by a sister Mrs. Mary Ann Currie of Pasadena, CA. and the following sons and daughter: J. Price Ronnow of Bloomington; Judge Christian Ronnow of Cedar City; Mrs. Gaell (Marilyn) Lindstrom of Logan, and Lane and Clark Ronnow of Salt Lake City. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren grand-children and 17 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter Mrs. R. Lynn (Eleanor) Bunker. Services were held Monday in the Las Vegas 2nd Ward Chapel. Services were also held at the Panaca LDS Ward Chapel. She has been buried in the Panaca City Cemetery under the direction of the Metcalf Mortuary. |
