PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held on April 18, 1978 at 8:00 p.m. in the North Salt Lake City Hall to consider the following: This having to do with the recently annexed property on the east of Highway High-way 89 from Center Street on the South to the Walren Village property on the north-change the zone to R3A and to consider the possible inclusion of allowing planned group dwellings within either R-3 or R-3A Classification, and to allow up to 18 units comparable to R-4. Designation Designa-tion of a new zone classification classifica-tion of R-4A, to include the merits of R-4 and R-3A, as it pertains to business office use, will be considered.
