Cream sugars with margarine mar-garine until fluffy, beat in the eggs until very light. ADD THE oatmeal mixture and remaining ingredients, stirring them in well. Pour into a 9x13 Inch baking pan " and bake at 350 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes until done. TOPPING 1 cup brown sugar 4 Tbsp. margarine A rich dark cake combing oatmeal and whole wheat flour will be a hit with most men who like a good hearty dessert. The chewy coconut and brown sugar topping add much goodness and flavor to this delicious cake. Jane Lane watches her children, Richard, David and Tanya, sample the cake. 9 Tbsp. evaporated milk 1 cup coconut 1 cup chopped nuts PUT sugar, margarine and evaporated milk in saucepan. AND Mrs. Lane and the two older children came here from England 15 years ago. The three younger ones, David, Tanya and Richard were born in this country. They lived in Ogden before coming to Bountiful. Jane takes piano lessons and sings with the Utah Chorale Group, swims several times each week and the family, except the younger children, go skiing on the Utah slopes. PAUL plays soccer at Woods Cross High School; Sharon is on the gymnastics team at Woods Cross High and also plays piano. David likes several sports and Tanya plays piano and is in a ballet class.
