Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 10th day of April, 1978, at 2:00 P.M. at the north entrance en-trance of the Courthouse in Farmington, Utah, in the County of Davis, by TRACY COLLINS BANK AND TRUST COMPANY, Trustee under the Deed of Trust made by David S. Brown and Mary F. Brown, his wife as Trustor, recorded January 5, 1977 as Entry No. 451 162 "in Book 631 at Page 228 of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in-debtedness in favor of Tracy Mortgage Company, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded December 7, 1977 as Entry No. 480500 in Book CHI al Page 580 of said official records. Trustee will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession posses-sion or encumbrances, the following described property in the County of Davis, State of Utah: AM of Lot 19, North Canyon Estate Plat A Amended, according to (he official plat thereof, for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Deed of Trust including fees, charges and expenses of Trustee, advances, if any. under the terms of said Deed of Trust, interest thereon and the unpaid principal of Ihe Note secured by said Deed of Trust with interest thereon as in said Note and by law provided.
