MASTERPLAN HEARING The Bountiful Service Clubs, Chamber of Commerce and Soroptimist International will join with Bountiful city planners in presenting a public discussion on the proposed Master Plan for Bountiful, Tuesday, April 11, 7:30 p.m., in the Viewmont High Scnool auditorium. Neighborhood land-use discussion will be based on division of the city into 11 planning neighborhoods and recommendations for land-use land-use throughout the city. 2. DOWNTOWN re-development discussion will include suggestions for organizing a re-development committee for the district's improvements and re-vi-talization. 3. A master street plan discussion dis-cussion will include defining, improving and extending streets for logical traffic patterns pat-terns and flow. 4.
