Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty warran-ty as to title, possession posses-sion or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farm-ington, Farm-ington, Utah, on the 23rd day of October, 1987, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. of said day: All of Lot 74, NORTH POINT COVE SUBDIVISION SUBDIVI-SION PLAT "C", according to the official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Recorder's Office. Commonly known as 3584 South 400 East, Bountiful, Utah 84010. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure proceedings pro-ceedings is dated March 25, 1986, and was executed by RO-. RO-. GER V. SMITH and ROMA S. SMITH, as Trustor, and in favor of THE KISSELL COMPANY, COM-PANY, the present Beneficiary. The present pre-sent owners are reported re-ported to be ROGER V. SMITH and ROMA S. SMITH, husband and wife.
