LEGAL NOTICE Petition No. 87-14 Please be advised that the Bountiful Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing hear-ing TUESDAY, October Octo-ber 13, 1987 at 7:00PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, in the Planning Conference Room, Bountiful City Hall, 790 So. 100 E., Bountiful, Bounti-ful, Utah. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine de-termine the interest in and ascertain the advisability advi-sability of approving or disapproving the following fol-lowing variance to the Zoning Ordinance: Permission to build a structure over an existing swimming pool attached to the dwelling, with a 4 ft. side yard. Ordinance Ordi-nance requires an 8 ft. side yard. Property Prop-erty is located at 3403 So. 400 E. and is owned by Dan Ricks.
