Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed real property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder without warranty warran-ty as to title, possession posses-sion or encumbrances, at the north front door of the Davis County Courthouse, State and Main Streets, Farm-ington, Farm-ington, Utah, on the 23rd day of October, 1987, at 9:00 o'clock a.m. of said dav: BEGINNING at the Northwest cor-ner cor-ner of Lot 5, CREEK VIEW ESTATES, a Subdivision Sub-division of part of Section 2, Township Town-ship 3 North, Range 1 West, Salt Lake Meridian, in the City of Fruit Heights, according to the Official plat thereof, and running run-ning thence North 89 degrees 51'07" East 100.0 feet; thence South 0 degrees de-grees 853" East 112.4 feet toafenc-e; toafenc-e; thence North 89 degrees 16' 51" West 100.01 feet along said fence; thence North 0 degrees de-grees 8'53" West 110.9 feet to the point of BEGINNING. The Trust Deed being foreclosed by these non-judicial trust deed foreclosure proceedings pro-ceedings is dated March 1, 1983, and was executed by GARY C. BAXTER and WAN SU BAXTER, BAX-TER, husband and wife, as Trustor, and in favor of FIREMAN'S FUND MORTGAGE CORPORATION, the present Beneficiary. The present owners are reported to be GARY C.
