Slater Sla-ter as Trustors, in favor of Commercial Security Bank as Beneficiary, Be-neficiary, recorded May 27, 1983 as Entry No. 641578, in Book 944, at Page 523, of the official records in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County, Utah, covering cover-ing real property located lo-cated at 1289 East Cas-sidy Cas-sidy Circle, Bountiful, Utah and more particularly parti-cularly described as: All of Lot 23, BROWN'S PARK, . PART 1, according to the official plat thereof, recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Davis County, Utah. Notice of Default was recorded June 19, 1987. as Entry No. 0790964, in Book 1175, at Page 155, of said Official Records.
