Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described de-scribed property will be sold at public auction auc-tion to the highest bidder bid-der on the 9th day of October. 1987 at 11:00 A.M. at the North front door of the Davis County Court House at Farmington, Utah in the County of Davis, by SECURITY TITLE TI-TLE COMPANY, as Trustee under the M Deed of Trust made by KEVIN LYN HAN-CEY HAN-CEY and KIM S. HANCEY.hiswife.as Trustors, and recorded June 24, 1985 as Entry No. 705326 in Book 1040 at pages 260 of the Official Records of Davis Couqty, Utah,' given to secure an indebtedness in-debtedness in favor of STEVEN M. SMITH and LETHIA E. SMITH, his wife, as joint tenants (now owned and held by STEVEN M. SMITH and LETHIA E. SMITH,) by reason of the breach of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded September Septem-ber 11. 1986 as Entry No. 751831 in Book 1111 at page 261 of said Official Records.
