Show Ruth H. Baird Ruth Hurd Baird, 90, of 812 E. Center, Kaysville, died Monday, May 19, 1986 in Bountiful of causes incident to age. She was bom Jan. 14, 1896 in Snowville, Utah, a daughter of William and Mary Elizabeth Reed-er Reed-er Hurd. She married Clarence Peter Baird June 25, 1914 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He died Jan. 27, 1946. She had lived in Snowville for 10 years, Brigham City for eight years, Willard for21 years, Roy for eight years and Layton for 43 years. She graduated from Box Elder High School. She was a member of the LDS Church where she served in the Primary, YWMIA and Relief Society. Soci-ety. She had also served in the Stake Relief Society Presidency for several years. Surviving are two sons, Gaylen Hurd Baird, Roseville, Calif.; Robert Dale Baird, Centerville; eight grandchildren and 10 greatgrandchildren. great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one daughter and two sons. Services were held May 23 at Lindquist's Kaysville Mortuary with Bishop David Adams officiating. offi-ciating.
