Show Letters I TO EDITOR Attention Clipper and Reflex-Journal readers: We are anxious to publish Letters To The Editor in this newspaper, but all letters submitted to the editor for publication must be signed. If, however, there Is a justifiable reason for having the name withheld, this may be done. But the letter must still be signed and the author's name will be used unless otherwise specified.
