Show Red Cross Drive Passes Quota Thanks Expressed j Mrs. Parley Rawlings, chair- 1 man of the annual Red Cross drive for east Duchesne county i announced this week that although al-though several districts had not yet reported, $493 had been received, re-ceived, which exceeds the quota quo-ta of $450. The amount will go well over the $500 mark when ithe following communities submit sub-mit their receipts: Myton. Mont-wel. Mont-wel. Ioka, Neola and Pleasant Valley. Mrs. Rawlings stated that two workers' names should be added to the list previously printed Miss Virginia Burton, who helped help-ed in Roosevelt, and Marie Benson, Ben-son, who replaced Mrs. Tom Gentry at Ioka. "It is very gratifying to know the results of the drive thus far, and I sincerely appreciate all workers' efforts in making it such a success," said Mrs. Rawlings. |
