Show Doris P. Morrill P.T.A. To Conduct Study Classes P.T.A. meeting was held Friday Fri-day night at the chapel A film "Act Your Age," was presented. A P.T.A. workshop program was discussed, and it was decided decid-ed that study classes will be held for all interested beginning Wednesday, March 21. at 7:30 P, m at the chapel. Alvin Weeks, Dr. Nielson and Dan Walker, Vard Openshaw and Eva Merkley, of the Uintah stake M.I.A. board, were visitors Tuesday night at M.I.A. Mr. and Mrs. Shardon Morrill made a trip to Salt Lake City Tuesday. Mrs. David Gunderson and family returned with them to visit a few days with Mrs. Gunderson's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dewey McConkie. Graveside services were held Thursday at 4 p. m. at the Tri-dell Tri-dell cemetery for the infant son of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Bart-lett. Bart-lett. Charles Glines made a trip to Provo Thursday to bring back a new car for J. L. Kitchen. Kit-chen. Frank and Dellis Morrill made a business trip to Vernal Thursday. Hallie Haub left Monday for Oklahoma to visit his father and brothers for a couple of weeks. Clair Acord. Uintah county agent, and Mr. Jenkins, of the Utah State Agricultural college, Logan, were in Tridell Thursday afternoon to speak to a poultry meeting held at the chapel. Mr. and Mrs. Dell Anderson entertained a group of friends Monday night at their home. The women enjoyed quilting, while the men played games. A delicious lunch was served. Mr. and Mrs. Spencer Squires, of Roosevelt, visited relatives 'in Tridell Sunday afternoon, j Speakers at Sacrament meet-ling1 meet-ling1 Sunday were Grant Betts, j Dellis Morrill, Lynn Cook. Two ! short talks were given by Ran-, Ran-, dall McKee and Peggy Goodrich. i4-H club members. A group of ;4-H club members also sang "America the Beautiful." The 4-H clubs put on a pro-j pro-j gram and showed a free ' film Monday evening to celebrate , National 4-H Club week. Freda Davis, of Vernal, the home dem-: dem-: onstration agent, was the guest speaker. The program was under un-der the direction of Tess Goodrich, Good-rich, leader. Mr. and Mrs. Dale Patterson, of Salt Lake City, visited Sunday Sun-day with Mrs. Paterson's parents. par-ents. Mr. and Mrs. Owen Bart-lett. Bart-lett. Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Morrill made a trip to Salt Lake City Saturday to take their son, La-mond, La-mond, for medical care. Lamond is in the Salt Lake general hospital hos-pital receiving treatment for polio. Mr. and Mrs. David Morrill visited in Vernal Monday. |
