Show DtpHtwl-tHcHatck Colleen Blanchard Reception Will Honor Newlyweds Honoring Mr. and Mrs. Fer-ron Fer-ron Moon will be a reception at the Montwel LDS ward hall on Wednesday, Mar. 21, at 8 p. m. to which all friends and relatives rela-tives of the newly married couple cou-ple are invited. Mrs. Moon is the former Irene Blanchard. A large audience enjoyed the Relief Society conference held Sunday evening in regular Sacrament Sac-rament meeting. A fine program was presented. Mrs. Coleene Blanchard was a patient at the Roosevelt hospital hos-pital this week. Mr.Tind Mrs. Ray Brown and family were guests Saturday evening of Mr. and Mrs. Clair Larsen. Elzie Reynolds spent the week-end here with his family. Ray Crow took Arlo Blanchard Blan-chard to Salt Lake Monday for medical care, Mrs. Ray Brown visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Levi J. Anderton at Duchesne Tuesday. Phil Thompson won the honors hon-ors and a five pound box of candy can-dy for the best western costume at Roughrider Day at Roosevelt high school Friday. Lyn Taylor is home after spending the past few months in Salt Lake.- Ronald Taylor, little son of Mr. and Mrs. Maurel Taylor, was accidently run over Wednesday Wednes-day by a manure spreader. He was -not injured seriously. The four Carruth sisters, Theo, Myrl, Vera and Deane, attended the square dance here Friday evening and visited with old friends. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Crow visited their parents here Sunday. Sun-day. Mr. and Mrs. Art Mitchell from Park City, visited at the Doug Brown home Saturday. Jim Parry made a trip to Provo during the week. The Relief Society . ladies spent Tuesday ; quilting. A nice lunch was served; Glen Brown spent this week with his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Brown. Glen is convalescing con-valescing from a kidney ailment. |
