Notice To Water Users Notice is hereby given that the Moon Lake Water Users Association Associa-tion by Louis Galloway, Roosevelt, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer, En-gineer, requests for extension of time from September 24, 1955 to September 24, 1960, in which to make and submit Proof of Appropriation Appro-priation of Water under Applications Applica-tions Nos. 8532 and 8386 a for the appropriation of 2500 ac.-ft. and 1350 ac.-ft of water, respectively respec-tively from West Fork of Lake Fork River in Duchesne County, Utah, to be used for irrigation and culinary purposes. It is represented that $36,000.00 has been expended in construction of works. Additional time is requested re-quested in which to prepare and submit Proof of Appropriation. Protests resisting the granting of said requests, with reasons therefor, there-for, must be made in affidavit form, with extra copy, and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before November 19, 1955. A hearing will be held on these requests for extension of time be fore the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, at the hour of 2:00 p.m., November 28, 1955.
