Show Auxiliary IVlakes Plans For Vets' Banquet The American Legion Auxiliary, Unit 64, held a regular meeting Wednesday, Sept. 28 at the Legion Barracks. Fay Yack, president, took charge of the meeting. Clista Angus was elected the new chaplain and plans were made for the Veterans' Day dinner, scheduled for Nov. 11 at 7:00 p.m. at the Barracks. The dinner will be for veterans, Auxiliary members mem-bers and guests. A musical program was presented pre-sented during the evening by Carol' Car-ol' Gardner. The next meeting will be held Wednesday, Oct. 12, at the home of Mrs. Farrell Wilkins. Girl Staters Stat-ers will give their reports. |
