Show Upaico By Dixie Williams ELK HUNTERS RETURN Grover Mitchell, Bob Mitchell, of Upaico, Ned Mitchell' of Mt. Emmons and George Retallic, of Salt Lake City arrived back home after a week's elk hunting. The lucky hunters returned with 4 elk. Mrs. Adaline Knight spent the weekend at the sheep camp with Mr. Knight. Miss Lemo Williams, of Roosevelt Roose-velt was home for the weekend. Mrs. Nettie Potts spent a few days in Salt Lake. Also visiting in Salt Lake was Mrs. Syvella Johansen. ATTENDS CARNIVAL DANCE Those attending the Carnival dance at Mt. Emmons from Upaico Upai-co were, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Nelson, Mrs. Drucilla Taylor, Mrs. Velda Williams, Miss Dixie Williams, Miss Connie Knight and Gary Taylor. Tay-lor. Everyone had a very enjoyable time. Pam Williams, of Upaico, attended at-tended the birthday party of Diane Di-ane Hamburg in Mt. Emmons, on Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Junior Potts and children, of Duchesne, and Mr. and Mrs. Reed Clayburn and family, of Bridgeland, visited with Mr. and Mrs Percy Potts, Sunday. MOVES TO ROOSEVELT Mr. and Mrs. Gerry Mitchell and children, of Upaico, spent the weekend getting settled in Roosevelt, Roose-velt, where they will make their home. Mr. Mitchell is the 5th grade teacher at Roosevelt Elementary Elemen-tary School. Mr and Mrs. Jay Rogers and children, of Salt Lake City, visited with Mr. and Mrs. Milan Rogers of Upaico over the weekend. Mrs. Leland Stevenson, of Al-tamont, Al-tamont, and Mrs. Nile Chapman and baby daughter of Roosevelt, visited with Mrs. Wayne Williams and daughters of Upaico, Saturday. |
