Larsen and Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Parry spent the weekend in Salt Lake City, attending attend-ing conference and visiting relative rela-tive and friends. Ron Harrison and Mr. Howell, of Vernal, visited at the Ray Browns one day this week on REA business. Ray 'Brown left for Salida, Colo. Monday to attend a Colorado state wide convention for the REA. He will return Thursday. Miss Arake Horrocks visited Roselie Brown during the weekend. week-end. Mr. and Mrs. Ray Wilkie, of Carlson, Oregon, visited relatives here for a few days. Mrs. Wilkie was formerly Miss Val'lie Brown, niece of the late C. A. Brown. Mrs. C. A. Brown, of Neola, has been visiting her sons and family here the past week. She plans to make her home here again in Monarch. Mrs. Florence Cole returned to Denver after visiting her aunt, Mrs. C. A. Brown, the past week. Mr. and Mrs. John E. Litster and daughter, Connie, of Salt Lake City, and Mrs. Litster's father, Henry Bolton, of California, were visitors at the Melvin Mower home Thursday. Speakers at Sacrament meeting, I Sunday evening were Ha Larsen, Eva Johnson and Dan Pace. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Roberts went to Pleasant Grove to visit Mr. and Mrs. Bry Roberts and get a load of fruit and tomatoes while out there. |
