Show Fair Plans Progress Step Further With Premium Book Preparation Plans Plans for one of the biggest fairs ever staged in Duchesne county progressed a step further fur-ther Friday evening when committee com-mittee members met to prepare the premium book. Chairman Howard M. Ivory said, "Most of the departments were represented repre-sented and rules were outlined for exhibitors." Business concerns Uiroughout the county and in Salt Lake City are buying ads in the premium book being prepared by Louis Jensen and Adaline Anderson. The finance committee, headed head-ed by Clint Mickelson, reported that over 75 had been received to date toward the printing of the premium book, and very few contacts had been made. It is planned to get this book out during July so exhibitors can start preparing their livestock live-stock and produce. , Some of the outstanding features fea-tures being planned for the fair this year are 4-H food and clothing cloth-ing demonstrations, a large flower display, food, crop, and livestock exhibits, a parade, two big- days of entertainment. Max Hartman, serving as fair manager, and Allen Bond, as chairman of grounds committee, are working out arrangements between the city and county on grounds and buildings. Arrangements Arrange-ments are also being worked out to have one day set as school day, when school students can attend the fair. School bands will be invited to attend and participate in the parade. Many of the entertainment features now in the planning stage will be announced soon. Present at Friday's meeting were Howard M. Ivory, Fair Board chairman; Herb Clark, secretary - treasurer; Louis A.
