Show Speech Festival Is M.I.A. Feature ' The Speech Festival was held in M.I.A. Tuesday evening, under un-der the direction of Mrs. Mark Bartlett and Velma Moosman. The program was as follows: Debate on Laws and Freedom, Tess Lemon, Lela Bartlett, Willis Wil-lis Lofry and Martha Morrill; conversation on Freedom, Chas. Bartlett and Wayne Moosman; panel discussion, "The distinction distinc-tion between Free Agency and Freedom," Lorna McKee, Shar-don Shar-don Morrill, Merle McKee. Owen Ow-en Bartlett, Doris Morrill, Joan Ross and Lela Morrill. Stake officers who were visitors vis-itors were Grace Manwaring and Veda Hatch. Fred Behrman, of Craig, Colo., is visiting at the home of Mr. and. Mrs. Horace Behrman and family. Willis Lowry visited in Roosevelt Roos-evelt Wednesday. Primary officers who attended Union meeting in Vernal Thursday Thurs-day evening were Jennis Betts, Virgie Behrman, Dorris Morrill and Ruth Lowry. Mr. and Mrs. Ellery J. Wight and daughter, of Draper, visited vis-ited during the week with her father, John T. Wilson. Mr. Wilson Wil-son returned to Draper with them for a visit. Mr. and Mrs. Clinton Morrill and daughter, Kathleen, of Pan-guitch, Pan-guitch, visited a few days this week with Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Morrill. Mr. and Mrs. Pitt Haynes and his mother, of Petersburg Va and Mrs. Carma Winterto'n of Roosevelt, visited Wednesday ' with relatives in Tridell I Mr. and Mrs. Reed McKee vis-' ited Thursday in Roosevelt.
