Show Oil News Following is a summary of oil well drilling for the week ending end-ing April 14, 1953, as released by the Scouting Division of Carter Car-ter Oil Co.: Whitlock-Taylor No. 1 (Located (Locat-ed NW SW, Sec. 24, IS 1W Total depth 10,060 feet. Repairs to swabbing unit completed. On April 7, well flowed 19 barrels oil and died. Swabbing from 6000 feet with fluid level at 4500 feet. Swabbed fluid to 4500 feet in 3 hours and recovered 97 barrels oil. In 13 Vz hours,! swabbed 239 barrels oil, .3 basic sediment, and .3 water. I In 2 hours swabbed 42 barrels I oil, .3 basic sediment and .3 1 water. Ran Kobe carallel tub ing string with bottom of iv anchor at 10,029 feet.
