Show Notice To Water Users Notice is hereby given that Louie Galloway, agent for Moon Lake Water Users Association, Roosevelt, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer, a request for an extension of time from March 15, 1953 to March 15, 1958, in which to make and submit sub-mit Proof of Appropriation of Water under Application No. 9799 for the appropriation of 640 ac.-ft. of water from Yellowstone Yellow-stone Creek in Duchesne County Coun-ty to be stored in Drift Lake, Bluebell Lake and Spider Lake and used for the irrigation of 392.2 acres of land. It is represented that the impounding im-pounding works and the measuring mea-suring device of the Bluebell and Drift Lake projects have been completed at a cost of $6,-460 $6,-460 00. All of the canals and diversion facilities have been constructed with the exception of the Yellowstone Feeder Canal. Ca-nal. It is estimated it will cost $5,000.00 to construct an impounding im-pounding dam and works on Spider Lake. Additional time is requested in which to complete project and to prepare and submit sub-mit Proof. All protests ' resisting the granting of said request, with reasons therefor, must be made in affidavit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before May 23, 1953. A hearing will be held on this request for extension of time before the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, at the hour of 2:00 p.m. May 29, 1953. Protestants may appear at the hearing and adduce ad-duce testimony in support of their protests. JOSEPH M.
