Show Mrs. Gail H. Anderson Mr. and Mrs. Leon Brown of Salt Lake were attending to some business here last weekend. David Harding of tthe U. S, Army stopped here to visit his sister Mr. Dean Anderson for a few days before going on to his home in Oregon. Mr. and Mrs. Dee Manwaring and' Family of Vernal visited here Sunday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs- George Anderson brought the small children of Dean Anderson home Sunday. They 'had visited their Grandparents Grandpar-ents for a week in Granger. Miss LaRue Sounsen was taken to the Roosevelt Hospital Friday night where she was operated on for appendicitis. She was brought home Thursday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Lemon and children of Salt Lake are visiting here for a few days- While here Mr. Lemon is enjoying a fishing trip with his father-in-law, Loren Beckstead and brothers Richard and Arvil. Mrs. Lorna Jensen was in Al-tamorat Al-tamorat shopping Friday afternoon Girls Ball Team Wins The girls soft ball team played Mt. Emmons Friday, winning again 31 to 16. Mr. and Mrs- Kyle Swallow and daughter Chrlye Murray visited Mr. and Mrs. Gail Anderson Sun. A large crowd from here attended atten-ded the wedding reception for Mr. and Mrs. Fred Lindsay Jr- at Mt. Home Friday evening. Baptismal services were held Saturday afternoon ait the Duchesne Du-chesne Faunt. Mary Low Thompson, Thomp-son, Tommy Lew and Burke Lindsay Lind-say were the eight year olds who were baptized. |
