Show ' t I . ' ' " I NEW PRINCIPAL at the Duchesne Du-chesne High School is Stanley R. Brady,, native of Fairview,, and graduate of the B. Y. U. holding B. S. and M. A. degrees. He comes from Provo city schools. Mm Principal For Duchesne Siigh Is Fairview Elan The appointment of Stanley J. Brady as principal of the Duchesne Du-chesne High School for the coming com-ing school term of 1956-57, lias been announced by Supt. Rowan C. Stutz, of the Duchesne County school district. He will succeed Farrell J. Humphreys who has moved from the district. A native of Fairview, the new principal is a son of Mr. and Mrs. N S. Brady. He was graduated from North Sanpete High School at Mt. Pleasant in 1941, and received re-ceived his A. B. degree from the Brigham Young University in 1948. He was awarded his . master of arts degree at the BYU in 1951. During World War II, Mr. Brady served nearly three years in the armed forces. Thirty months were spent in Europe as a member mem-ber of the 101st Airborne division. Since 1949 he has taught instrumental instru-mental music in the Provo City schools. A family man, Mr. Brady is married to the former Mary Hafen, daughter of Mr. . and Mrs. Jay Hafen of Mt. Pleasant and they have three daughters. A member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, during the past four years he has served as treasurer of the Utah Music Educators Ed-ucators association. The new principal will arrive in Duchesne during this month to assume his new duties. r ; , i l .. ' .
