Show Kay McKinlay New Owner Of Conoco Station I Kay McKinlay, former sales I manager of McKinlay Motor Co., i last week purchased the Conoco Service Station at the corner of Highway 40 and Second South, - previously known as Arvin's Conoco Service. The new owner has been a resident res-ident of Roosevelt for one year, prior to which he was a new car salesman in Richfield. ! Former owner of the Conoco station was Arvin Labrum. Mr. Labrum is now attending a wheel aligning school in Salt Lake City, with future plans indefinite. Mr. McKinlay has set 6:30 a.m. as opening time for the station, and will remain open till 2:00 a.m. each day. Two young helpers, Homer Pitt and John Rogers, both students of Roosevelt schools, assist as-sist the new owner in operating the station. McKinlay also is operating op-erating a 24-hour wreckers service station. Lamar "Sandy" Richman and Larry Pierce are drivers. McKinlay and wife, LaVee, have a family of three sons, Ronald, 7; Russel, 6; and the youngest, Michael, is 21 months old. |
