Show Notice To, Water Users Notice is hereby given that the Utah Water & Power Board, by George W. Clyde, director, State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Ut, has filed with the State Engineer, a request for an extension of time from May 19, 1955 to May 19, 1960, in which to make and submit sub-mit Proof of Appropriation of Water under Application No. 9670-a for the appropriation of 10,000 ac.-ft. of water from Uintah Uin-tah River to be used as a supplemental supple-mental supply to irrigate 8,000 acres of land in Uintah County, Utah. It is represented that approximately approxi-mately $177,200.00 has been expended ex-pended on construction of works under this and related applications. applica-tions. It is estimated it will cost $12,500.00 to complete construction construc-tion and apply the water to beneficial bene-ficial use. All protests resisting the granting grant-ing of said request, with reasons therefor must be in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State .Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 1, Utah, on or before July 16, 1955. A hearing will be held on this request for extension of time before be-fore the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. July 20, 1955.
