Show Attend Family Dinner Sunday Mr. and Mrs. Glade Timothy and family, Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Berrett, Jr., and Mrs. Vendetta Clark attended a family dinner at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Marian Berrett in Bluebell, Sunday. Sun-day. Other guests were Mr. and Mrs. George Berrett, of Murray. Mrs. Johnny Guenon and son, Jackie, of Grand Junction. Colo.; Mr. and Mrs. Dick Jessen and sons, of Boneta; Mr. and Mrs. I Dave Carroll and son, Tommie, of Tooele; and Mr. and Mrs. Dick Clark and daughters, of Bluebell. Verlan Stewart, of Mt. Home, was at the home of Mrs. Mary Carroll, Friday, where he put-chased put-chased several milch cows. Mr. and Mrs Paul Snyder, of Logan, and Billy and Jimmie Snyder, of Wellington, were in Altonah Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. Clenty Ames and daughter, Dora, made a trip to Salt Lake City Friday, returning re-turning home Sunday morning. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Allred i and son. Rex, went to Rangely, Colorado, Monday of last week. Rex remained in Rangely, where he has employment. Mr. and Mrs. Allred came home Tuesday. Mrs. Johnny Guenon and son, Jackie, of Leadville, Colorado, Mr. and Mrs. George Ber-rett, Sr., of Murray spent a few days visiting relatives here after the funeral of Mrs. Guenon's husband hus-band Friday. They also visited Sunday school. Bishop J. Arthur Timo'.hy and Mrs. Mary Car ' oil. accom panied Mr. and Mrs Grant Foote and Mr. and Mrs.- Les Maxwell, of Salt Lake City, to Salt Lake last Friday, after the funeral of Johnny Guenon. They returned home Saturday. Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Jenkins and children, of Grand Junction, Colorado, visited over the week end at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Leon Dump and with Wil-lard Wil-lard and Charlie Dump. Lou Timothy, of Idaho, visited vis-ited last weekend with Jim Timothy Tim-othy and other relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Wirthlin and sons, of Salt Lake City, were weekend guests at the home of Mrs. Wirthlin's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Dallas Ames. Mr. and Mrs. Ty Kolb went to Salt Lake City Thursday to attend the funeral of a relative. Mrs. Margaret Maxfield, Shar-rel Shar-rel Ames, Barbara Anderson and Ola Maxfield attended a stake Mutual meeting at Alta-mont Alta-mont Tuesday night. Mrs. Kelly Riley made a trip to Salt Lake City Friday to visit over the weekend witn friends and to attend general conference of the L D S Churcn. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Allred and Clyde Lambert went to Vernal Ver-nal Wednesday to get a special post-season deer hunting permit. per-mit. Lionel Bowden and some friends from Myton visited last week with Mr. Bowden's mother, moth-er, Mrs. Mary Bowden, and with his brothers, Louie and Clinton, and family. Mrs. Ethel Beebe had a quilting quilt-ing at her home Wednesday Ladies helping were Mrs. Li', a Farnsworth, Mrs.Maxine Clark. Mrs. Mary Carroll, Mrs. Violet Smith, Mrs. Lucy Jacobson, Mrs Vivia Reay and Mrs. Pete Wall, of Mt. Emmons, and Mrs. Dee Reay, of Bluebell. Dinner was served to those present. Mrs. Delmar Ivie and family, of Duchesne, visited recently with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Clark. Eldora Clark is staying a few weeks with her sister, Mrs. Ivie. Bishop J. Arthur Timothy. Claude Murray and Mr. and Mrs. Lester Maxfield attended general conference of the L D S Church in Salt Lake City last week end. Preston Allen and Dru All-red All-red accompanied George Rogers, Rog-ers, of Mt. Emmons, to Ogden with two' different loads of their cattle last week. Mrs. Fenton Powell accompanied accom-panied Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Clark and Mr. and Mrs. Glen Burg-ess to Bonanza last week end. Ty Kolb and Louis Reese accompanied ac-companied by Jewell Kolb and Gene Baster, of Altamont, left Friday on an elk hunt. Boys from here who went to Salt Lake City Saturday with the Altamont High School Band were Willard Bowden. Arnold Powell, Walker Reese and Grant Mohlman. |
