GOODRICH, surviving husband hus-band of MYRLE S. GOODRICH, deceased, his ; wife; GEORGE KAMMERZELL and ANNA KAMMERZELL, his wife; COMMERCIAL COM-MERCIAL & SAVINGS BANK OF- GREENRIVER, UTAH, formerly for-merly FRUIT GROWERS STATE BANK OF GREENRIVER, GREENRIV-ER, UTAH, a banking corporation, corpora-tion, and GEORGE E. THUR-MAN, THUR-MAN, A. D. BEEBE, W. C. GILLESPIE, GIL-LESPIE, B. J. SILLIMAN. and E. W. BRUIN GTON, its last board of .directors; FIRST DOE, SECOND DOE, THIRD DOE, FOURTH DOE, and all other persons unknown, claiming any right titlg, estate or interest in and, lien upon the real property described in the complaint adverse ad-verse to the plaintiff's ownership owner-ship or clouding plaintiffs' title ti-tle thereto, including all un known heirs devisees, and creditors cred-itors of any of the above named persons who are deceased. Ballif, plaintiffs' attorney whose address is Suite 211-214, Knight Block Provo Utah, an answer to the complaint within 20 days after service of this summons upon you. If you fail so to do, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in said complaint which has , been filed with the clerk of said Court, and a copy of which is hereto annexed an-nexed and herewith served upori you,, claims of the defendant-iu defendant-iu and to all; of the following described "real property situated in Duchesne County State of Utah,' and particularly described as follows, to wit: Northeast quarter of Ihe northeast quarter; northeast quarter of the northwest north-west quarter; and west half of the northwest quarter of ihe northeast quarter of Section 4, Township 2 South Range 3 West of the Uintah Special Meridian; Southeast quarter of the southeast south-east quarter of Section 23,' Township 1 South, Range 3 West of the Uintah Special Meridian; excepting therefrom that portion of the southeast quarter, southeast south-east quarter of said section 33, described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of the southeast quarter, southeast quarter of said Section 33; running run-ning thence south 600 feet; thence west 200 feel; thence north 400 feet; thence west 450 feet; thenlce north 200 , feet; thence east 650 feet to the point of beginning.
