Show Notice To Water Users The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Duchesne County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless un-less otherwise designated, all locations lo-cations being from U.S.B.&M.: 17985 Leroy Mecham, Roosevelt, Roos-evelt, Rt. No. 9, Ut., 6 sec. ft. for irrigation use from C. H. Mecham Mech-am Springs and Feather Springs, tributary to Dry Gulch, to Duchesne Du-chesne River. The water will be diverted from 8 springs at points of diversion and in amounts as follows: Spring No. 2 N. 1225 ft. and E. 1255 ft. - 1 sec. ft; Spring No. 3 N. 3495 ft. and E. 838 ft - 1 sec. ft.; Spring No. 4 N. 3540 ft. and E. 1155 ft. - 13 sec. ft.; Spring No. 5 N. 3955 ft. and E. 1515 ft. - 1 sec. ft.; Spring No. 6 N. 3645 ft. and E. 1715 ft - 1 sec. ft.; Spring No. 7 N. 3720 ft. and E. 2740 ft. - 13 sec. ft.; Spring No. 8 N. 3955 ft. and E. 3600 ft. - 13 sec. ft, all from SW Cor. Sec. 28, T2S, R2W. The water from the above springs will be commingled at a point N. 50 deg. E. 2693 ft from SW Cor. Sec. 28, T2S, R2W, which is the point of diversion of Spring No. 1. The water collected col-lected will be conveyed in a ditch a distance of 8,000 ft where it will be used from April 1 to October 31 to irrigate 353 acres of land embraced in SWW of NEW, SV2 of NWW and SWW of Sec. 28; NVfc of NEW Sec. 34, T2S, R2W, and for year-round incidental stock watering. 18256 S. Larsen, Roosevelt, Roos-evelt, Ut, .223 sec. ft for miscellaneous mis-cellaneous use from a 6-in. well bet 200 and 800 ft deep at a point S. 550.5 ft and E. 605 ft from NW Cor. Sec. 22, T2S. R1W. The water will be used for domestic, do-mestic, irrigation, operation and maintenance of cafe, hotel and soft drink and ice cream manufacturing man-ufacturing plant 18306 U. B. Winkler,' Bluebell, Blue-bell, Ut, .015 sec. ft. for domestic use from a 6-in. well bet 10 and 50 ft. deep at a point S. 1650 ft. and W. 825 ft from NE Cor. Sec. 28, T1S, R3W. 18345 Alma L. Wills, Roosevelt, Roose-velt, RFD No. 1, Ut, 1.0 sec. ft for irrigation use from a 10-in. well bet. 400 and 700 ft. deep at a point S. 390 ft. and E. 60 ft. from center of Sec. 12, T2S, R2W. The water will be used from Mar. 1 to Nov. 1 to Irrigate 70 acres of land embraced in N'i SEW Sec. 12,' T2S, R2W. and for year-round incidental domestic and stock watering. 18360 Martha J. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications applica-tions with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol.
