Dept through Community Education is now offering kids (ages 5-12) ballet and tap dance through our dance coordinator, Mary Jane Bird. Call 649-9461, Monday through Friday, 3 p.m. - 10 p.m. For scheduling. Young Sharpshooters Rifle: Kids ages 8-14 years will receive training in the basics of correct gun handling and markmanship, utilizing Daily Air. Guns (B-B guns) for instruction. The knowledge of proper gunmanship provides youths with a useful recreation skill which they can carry over into their adult years. This class is a prerequisite for the fall hunter safety course. Location: Memorial Building Rifle Range starting Monday January 25 at 3:45 p.m. Cost: Free. Call the rec. dept. for further information. Free Movie: The film "The Hiding Place" which is about a women's struggle in a nazi prison camp, will be shown in the Memorial Building on Saturday, January 30 at 8 p.m. Volleyball Continues Yes, it's true. The folks at the rec. dept. have given everyone a break from spiking, blocking, and bumping and now it's time to return to our most requested sport: volleyball! Every Tuesday night at 6:30 at Park City High, doubles and 6-man teams will have an opportunity to test their skills through March 30. This program is offered through community education.
