The articles of incorporation in-corporation of the White Pine I,ead company have been filed with the county clerk at the countv seat of White Pine county by Ernest Bamberger, Bamber-ger, who is named as president; A. C. Ellis, Jr., vice president, and Herbert Cohn, secret arv and treasurer. The company Is capitalized for only $10,000, and the ownership of the stock Is divided as follows: Ernest Bamberger, 9.950 shares; A. C. Ellls, Jr.. 10 shares; Herman Bamberger. 10 shares; Herman Cohn. 10 shores. The corporate life Is limited to fifty year.. The company owns tbe famous Ne Plus.
