Show NOTICE OF INTENTION. NOTICE is hti-eby given by the Council of Ogden City, Utah, of tho Intention of such Council to tnako the lollowing described lmproements, to-wlt: I To create both sides of Adams ; avenue, between 20th and 21st streets, . &s a curb and gutter district, and to I build therein concrete curbs C Inches 1 thick and 15 inches deep and concrete ( gutters 3 feet wide and 0 Inches thick. ', together with the necessary round I corners and grading for all, and to i defray the whole of the cost thereof, ; estimated at Fifteen Hundred and Eighty-four $1584.00) Dollars, or One 'and 20 100 ($120) Dollars per front ; loot, by a loc"aI assessment upon the . lots or pieces of ground within the j following described district, being the district to bo affected or benefitted j ly said improvements, namely: Lots . 1 and 2 of Block 54, Plat "A"; Lots i 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Block 55, Plat "A." I al! of Ogden City Survey, j The boundaries of the district to j be benefitted or affected by said Improvements Im-provements are lines drawn 50 feet outward from and parallel to the outer out-er boundary lines of said avenue. All protests and objections to the j carrying out of 6uch Intention must be presented In writing to the City Recorder on or before the first day of August. 1910, being tho time set by said Council when it will hear and consider such objections as may be made thereto.
