Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS. City, Utah, July 14. 1910. Slate Engineer's Office, Salte Lako City, July 14, 1910. Notice Is hereby clven that H. J. Craven, whose postolfice address is Ogden, Utah, has made application In accordance with the requliements I of tho Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by tho Sessions Laws of Utah, 1909, to appropriate twenty (20) cubic feet per second of water from the North Branch of the South Fork of Ogden River, Weber County, Utah. Said water will bo diverted at n point which bears north 11 degrees de-grees w;est 2,200 feet from the south quarter corner of Section 23, Township 7, north, Range 3 east. Salt Lake base and meridian, from where It will bo conveyed by means of a pipe lino for a distance of 12,500 feet and there need during the period from January 1 to December 31, Inclusive, of each year, to develop power for the pur-lKse pur-lKse of electric lighting and propelling propel-ling machinery at Ogden, Utah. Iu addition to the quantity of water above specified, applicant Intends to appropriate twenty (20) acre-feet of water which will be stored during the period from January 1 to December SI, inclusive, of each year, In a reservoir re-servoir embraced In Section 23. Township Town-ship 7 north, Range 3 cast, Salt Lake base of meridian. The water eo Mored will be released whenever needed during the entire year at the polut above described and conveyed by means of a pipe line for a distance dis-tance of 12,500 feet and used In connection with the twenty (20) cublc-feet. After halng been so diverted di-verted and used, the water will be returned to the natural channel of the stream, at a point which bear? north 59 degrees, 54 minutes west 2.840 feet from the southeast corner of Section 34, Township 7 north, Range 3 cast.
