Klrtley. of Salt Lake, read aa Interesting paper on the "Duty of a Community Towards Its Sick Poor," Ho declared that tho larger percentage percent-age of 6lcknets found amongst the Indigent poor of an.' community is due . to alcoholism and suggested a number of preventative which are being adopted In other cltlea where this claKs of people are taught how tt care for themselves and to umj lettet sanitary methods to protect themselves them-selves from lllncpfi. - Dr. B.
