Prichard, a brother of Cornelius Corne-lius Trlchard, whom Dr. Newman killed seveial weeks ago, was arrested charged with complicity In tho tragedy. trag-edy. The killing of Prichard by Newman was the first blood shed In a feud that had existed between the two men, relatives and friends, for months. This bitter factionalism had its Inception in a political campaign in which New man and Prichard were opposing candidates. can-didates. Newman was tried a few weeks ago for Prlchard's murder and was acquitted. The fight occurred almost on the spot where Prichard was slain.
