Lucas, attorney for the Utah Copper company, took the stand at the hearing" hear-ing" before tho public utilities commission commis-sion anil declared that he hopes to show that the rate schedule of the I'tah Power & Light company has suggested for increased rates woudl, if put into effect on the basis of the 1919 business of tho company, produce pro-duce a revenue in excess of the present pres-ent of more than $3,000,000 or largely large-ly in excess of the amount designated; by the company as being required for Its financial purposes. j "On its face," Mr. Lucas added, "the schedule appears to have been prepared in bad faith," I . Ray, representing rep-resenting several mining companies and Lloyd M.
