Show Soldier Relief fo Come Before House' WASHINGTON, April 19. Republi- i can house leaders today tentatively ' agreed to present a soldier relief meas-1 ure to the house about May first. Besides carrying cash compensation, the bill will include alternative offers cf priority in land settlement, home ' building and extension cf vocational! training. Two plans fcr adjusted cash compensation have been submitted by a sub-committee of the house ways and r means committee, one granting one j A dollar for each day's service and the. other authorizing payment of $1.25 a day, with no payments for the first two months of service.
