Show -oo 0HIZAT1 OF UTMTM5P0RWI f Dr. H. M. Rowe and Royal Eccles have been appointed Ogden representatives represen-tatives of . the newly-formed Utah highway transport organization. General Gen-eral Chairman J. H. Manderfleld made the appointments. The state is divided into five sections, each having a district dis-trict chairman. The organization was formed to relieve the congestion of railways, especially in the transportation transporta-tion of troops.
