Show 1 Honor Tribunal i To Pass Upon the Question of a Duel HAVANA. Dec. 24 The question whether Food Administrator Andre should meet Charles Mcndiet, editor' of the 131 Heroldo and a member of congress, in a duel has been submitted submit-ted to tribunal of honor. The. duty of the tribunal is to examine into the evidence-presented as to whether sen-' sen-' or Mendieta is a "gent O man" and ' therefore qualified to demand satis- faction at the hands of Senor Andre. I Senor Mendieta challenged Andre as j the direct outcome of a letter address -' cd to him by Andre, in which the food administrator accused the editor of cowardice in connection with the revolution rev-olution of February. 1917. Should the tribunal decide in favor of Mendieta, a duel is believed to be inevitable. Andre is considered one of the finest swordsmen in Cuba.
