Show 01 I fi C ! o !Pe DENVER, Colo., Dec 24. West-bound West-bound trains on the Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe railway, stalled in Kansas today by heavy snowfall were moving toward Denver tonight. All trans-continental trains on the road were going forward, including those held at Dodge City and Syracuse, Kan. -A telephone message from divisional headquarters at LaJunta said the storm in Kansas had abated, the wind had diminished and it was hoped normal service would bo restored tomorrow. Union Pacific trains from Kansas City still were tied up between Hugo, Colo., and Ellis, Kan., according to railroad rail-road Information. Officials, however, said service would be resumed within a few hours. The main lino of the Union Pacific, between Omaha and Ogden, is open and has not been seriously se-riously affected by the storms. No trains are running south of Trinidad, Trini-dad, Colo., tonight on the Colorado & Southern railroad. ' |
