Show DRIVERS OF MOS TO BE ARRESTED FOR . PASSU CARS Howard Miller, motorcycle delivery, man was fined $10 and costs in municipal muni-cipal court this morning for violating the speed ordinances. The arrest was made yesterday afternoon af-ternoon at Wall and Twenty-fourth street, by Special Officer Johns. The defendant admitted ho was going at 30 miles an hour but claimed ho was bohlnd in his deliveries and forgot to observe the sp"ocd regulations. William Dick, trafTlc officer, announced an-nounced this morning that five arrests will be made during the day for violations vio-lations of the ordinance prohibiting autoists from passing street cars while ' discharging or taking on passengers. All the offenses are alleged to have i taken place last night. The offenders i will be arraigned in municipal court j ' tomorrow morning. |
