The cast of '"49-'17" includes Joseph GIrard, as Judge Brand; Lee Pierson, as Tom Eobblns; Mrs. Witting, Wit-ting, as Ma Bobbett; Harry Ratten -berry, Col. Hungerford; Jean Hersholt, as "Gentleman Jim Raynor; and, finally, Donna Drew, as Lady Ann Bobbett. The show is taken from the story of William A. Cock. "The Old West Per Contract." and has action, love, in- trigue. and all other elements that are calculated to stir the emotions and satisfy the normal theatergoer. It's a tale of the mining camps; rough, but brave and daring men: at least one pretty ivaruan. Donna Drew; and love admixed with greed. The story portrays por-trays lively situations and will hold the patrons enthralled.
